another week! basically im too lazy to type much. its another lazy sleep-in sunday for me. took half day on fri =P then near-evening had a bit of shock here and there, before meeting the pbc grp at city hall. was supposed be an outing (with a short 20 min meeting) and fireworks-watching, but dragged on a bit cos of some last-min stuff regarding the event. tsk tsk.
fireworks wasn't that splendid actually. more like leftovers from ndp sort of. but anyway the human traffic was crazy. i walked back to raffles, met up with des and ben, and we went to iguana (again!)

drinks was crazy. we waited for happy hour and i drank more than i've ever before. but found the cheap deal anw. took wacky photos (there were only 3 of us) and with two waitress-friends of ben as well. went home in a drowsy state after that.....

i've turned 19!
lazy to blog about the weekend and all. knowing a few more frens and a bit more stuff than what i usally know. quite enriching lah. and what a small world this is.

anw. my officer is hilarous. one of the fellow nsf was complaining about him getting a lot of work at his branch, and says want to come our branch (jokingly), and my officer was like.. "ya lor. come here can play games and sleep (stares at me), quite slack rite?"
my reply (in my head) was.. pyseh no space liao..
no i didn't voice it out not because i was feeling pyseh or anything. cos at that time i was deeply engrossed in something on my computer screen. hahahaha.
that joke for the day sorta calm me down a bit.

nothing much is happening i suppose. life goes on as usual rite? =)
one of the few huangcheng ppl has flown off alr. sighhh. wonder if i ever will end up studying local or overseas. the decision is still not met yet, what with so many things going on around me.
just realised it's been a while since i last contacted many people. but wells. been packed to the brim alr. haikel im not that free oki!
oh harry potter book came out just last sat, like 5 days ago. i'm already finishing my second reading of it. phews. what with staying up till 5am on sat just to finish it. then did the second round (to capture details) in office this week. hahaha i shan't comment much about the plot. generally for my second reading i won't touch the last 5 pages. i think it's nonsensical anw.
but wells i guess one good thing is snape is a good guy, dumbledore isn't the 100% perfect person since no such ppl exists in this world anw, and small characters from book 1 appear and they ended up having everything to do with the whole story anyway. it's like remembering all the characters and not let them get lost, no matter how small and unimportant they are.
well the sad thing is how rowling chose to knock people off just like that. with a flash of green light, a shriek, and he/she/it is gone. less than 3 lines i suppose. lost track of the number of people who died. but anw with more people alive, there'll be more loose ends to tie up. hahahahaha. im so sadistic.

yay. got 2 days MC for food poisoning. note that irony.
it's kinda gross. but yeah went to office on monday morning and puke just shortly after i reached. and then i had the runs and puked again. so it was really shang4 tu4 xia4 xie4. =.=
reported to MO and yeah. given the rest of the day off but fever went up by evening. so went to see the family doc and given another 2 days' MC.
eeps. the runs are still coming =/
